Whatever your hopes and dreams in life, guaranteed they won’t come true if you’re just sitting around on your butt waiting for something to happen. Or doing the same things as usual and hoping you’ll get different results this time.
This blog is all about getting started… but getting started maybe in ways we hadn’t quite thought of before.
It’s about getting started — or maybe more accurately for many of us, getting started again — with Jesus.
Many of you, like me, “got started” with Jesus years ago. But time goes on, churches disappoint, friends move away, relatives become ill, life gets difficult — and before we know it we’re bogged down and feeling discouraged.
So I’m talking about getting started in a new way: starting every day with Him, or starting something different with Him, or venturing out in faith in some new direction with Him. Living life with Him, to the fullest, to the Nth degree, towards the desires of our hearts that only He can see.
BTW if you haven’t gotten started with Jesus yet — if you’ve never met Him and been immersed in the incredible depths of His love — I encourage you to do so today.
